I like the red lead, but I think my vote is for the black and white version :-)
Both are awesome, really! I suppose The intense b/w is my preference because it's more masculine and the subject and his dog are masculine!
what about making the background black and gray and leaving them in color. I really like the red of the leash and the blue of his jeans.
i like 'em both
but for some reason
the color one
stuck out more for me
and that is odd,
because generally
i like b/w more...
great photo, either way!
:)
I am black and white person myself...so I would have to choose # 1, but they both are great photos!
I love them both.
Blessings for the New Year and always.
Love Jeanne
both are great, but the b&w one is standing out to me the most. definitely frame worthy!
i love the bw pic! happy new year!
Love B&W photos but since your back drop (stucco wall) is so white I would go with the color so that they become the focus of the picture.
Definitely the B&W...there's nothing better (or more classic) than a beautiful portrait in B&W. =)
I can see why you would like both. I really like the classic timeless appeal of the b&w.
Great photos! I prefer the black and white one. My eyes tended to go to the blue pants and red collar in the color shot, where I noticed their faces first in the black and white.
Both are beautiful, but for art, I'm drawn to the black and white photo...it might be cool if perhaps you could make the lease red in the B&W, emphisizing the bond between the two of them.
One more vote for the black and white...striking!
